The Knights override the Royal Challenge
The much awaited IPL (Indian Premier League) Cricket started like a grand carnival which unleashed colorful fireworks, gorgeous cheerleaders and gymnastics performing stunts here in the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore.

The debut of IPL was between Kolkatta Knight Riders vs. Bangalore Royal Challengers. The Knights took the challenge from the Royal Challengers and gave the spectators a Royal feast of Sixes and boundaries.
Rahul Dravid, the skipper of BRC (Bangalore Royal Challengers) Team committed a blunder by choosing to field first. Rahul unleashed the run ramp-up machine McCullum who scored unbeaten 158 runs which is the highest run in the Twenty 20 format of the game. McCullum’s Innings consisted of 10 boundaries and a whopping 13 sixers in just 73 balls which is a brilliant knock in any version of the game. This factor aggravated the run feast of the Knight Riders. The Knight Riders ended their Innings with a massive score of 222 runs for the fall of 3 wickets.
In reply to this massive score, the Royal Challengers had a big challenge in their shoulders. The Challengers failed to meet up to their challenge and lost miserably. All the star batsmen in the Bangalore Team ended up scoring single digit figures. The Knight Riders’ pace attack ripped apart the batting order of the Bangaloreans.
The Knight Riders have ruled the Match like true Knights! Bravo!
