The advent of IPL (Indian Premier League) is going to revolutionize the world of cricket. IPL is all about 2020 Cricket, the shortest form of the game. IPL is being managed by BCCI (Board of Control for Cricket in India), the parent body of the Indian Team. BCCI has started this new venture after ICL (Indian Cricket League) game in to play.

ICL initially roped many talented players from BCCI and many new players. It also managed to rope in Kapil Dev, the world cup champ who later lost his job as Chairman of National Committee. ICL went head and bagged many players from International Team also. To compete with ICL’s new venture, BCCI initiated IPL (Indian Premier League). BCCI with its influence managed to rope in most of the Top quality players from International Arena.

IPL is about 2020 matches to be played between major Indian cities with few International players. Rest of the players will be selected from the respective States. This will give the new Players an opportunity to prove their talent and to earn a slot in the Indian Team.

BCCI has not only created an opportunity for young guys but these matches will be a treat for any Cricket Enthusiast, to watch International players’ performance as well as to see the local boys play.

BCCI’s IPL has come up at the right time with a perfect platform for youngsters to showcase their Talent.
