IPL exposes Indian players to new challenge
The recent revolution of Cricket, the IPL (Indian Premier League) cricket has brought a league of International players and Indian players to India which has exposed the youngsters to learn from the veterans of the game. This will be the perfect platform for even the Indian players to develop their skills. Harbhajan Singh well known for his aggression and doosra, has been exposed to a new challenge which will mould him as a great player. He is being asked to captain the Mumbai Indians team which is a great challenge on a learning curve for the young lad.
V.V.S. Lakhsman, a very stylish Test player is also under scrutiny when he was asked to lead the team – Deccan Chargers. The unpredictable Viru (Virendra Sehwag) is captaining the Delhi Daredevils which would develop his leadership skills. Working under the lights of legendary spinners – Shane Warne, Muthiah Muralitharan will be a great inspiration to any budding spinner.
The local boys have been given a golden opportunity to represent their cities. At this phenomenal stage, if these guys proved their charisma the slot in an International Team would knock their doors. For players like Suresh Raina, Mohd. Kaif, Yusuf Pathan, Rohit Sharma, Gautham Gambhir and many more Indian cricketers it is an opportunity to regain their position back in the International Indian Cricket Team.
