The Perth Test Match result has come out as a big shock to the invincible Australians. This is the second time in the cricketing history India has stopped Australia from 17 consecutive Test match victories.

In the recent past no Team in Cricketing World has defeated Australia comprehensively but India has defeated the Australian Team in their own backyard. A lot was said about Perth pitch. Certain Australian players said that the Indians cannot last in the Perth pitch. Contrary to that, all the Indian players stood tall in the Perth Test Match.

The Bombay bomber – Sachin Tendulkar made a crisp 50+ (half-century). Rahul Dravid also played a wonderful knock in the first Innings. VVS Laxman and Irfan Pathan stood as a barricade and piled on runs in the Second Innings of the Test Match between India vs. Australia.

India defeated Australia by 72 runs.
