Cricket unlike other Sports, plays huge impact in the sub-continent countries like India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh. In India, Cricket has captured the image of larger than real life. Every run, every ball been bowled by an Indian bowler is keenly observed and analyzed by the Media which adds up as in enormous pressure in the player’s mind. Expectations on players like Sachin Tendulkar, Saurav Ganguly and Rahul Dravid is huge. People would expect miracles from these players, every time they step into the Cricket ground.

In the recent past, the Indian Cricket Team’s performance has been fluctuating despite the performance of the majestic Three. Any one among these Majestic Three(s) has shouldered India to a successful path but the expectation on them is not fulfilled. The grooming youngsters pick up cues from the seniors and perform accordingly. Its high time the grooming youngsters share the burden of the Senior players which will ease the pressure from the majestic Three.

Players like Mahendra Singh Dhoni, Yuvraj Singh, Robin Uthappa etc. should take the initiative to ease the pressure which is idealistic to their caliber.

Cricket Fans in India should start taking Cricket as a game and enjoy the true spirit of Cricket like a healthy Sports lover.
